From prevention to care: reasons to consult
Lumbago, backache, neck pain, joint or muscle pain (lumbago, torticollis, etc.). These aches and pains can interfere with your daily routine, leading to frustration and fatigue.
Bad posture, scoliosis, pelvic or shoulder imbalance, chronic pain; these tensions can create persistent discomfort and a feeling of limitation in your movements.
Headaches, migraines, muscular tension, somatization... These symptoms are not just physical: they have an emotional impact, generating irritability, anxiety, fatigue or feelings of overload. They affect your mood, your energy and your daily well-being.
Digestive disorders, reflux, abdominal discomfort, pelvic heaviness or post-surgical symptoms. These discomforts can generate anxiety and fatigue, disrupting your general well-being.
In women, certain types of pain, such as those associated with endometriosis, menstruation or other gynecological disorders, can be intense and repetitive, impacting daily life, morale and emotional well-being. These discomforts often generate fatigue, anxiety or frustration, and merit comprehensive attention. Men may also suffer from pelvic or genito-urinary pain, which also has a significant emotional impact.
Maintain mobility, improve sports performance, prevent recurring pain. The aim is to help you feel light, free and confident in your body.
Ready to release tension and rediscover your sense of well-being?
Osteopathy considers the body as a whole: any tension, pain or imbalance can affect other parts of the body and your overall well-being. Using gentle, personalized techniques, the osteopath works on your muscles, joints, organs and nervous system to relieve pain, improve posture, prevent disorders and promote overall balance. The aim is to help you regain comfort, mobility and serenity, while taking into account your physical and emotional dimensions.
GOLAY
Franklin
Hello, I'm Franklin GOLAY, osteopath D.O. T.O., graduate of theInstitut Toulousain d'Ostéopathie and holder of the Diplôme Européen d'Ostéopathie (Europass), with over 10 years' experience. A former basketball player and sports enthusiast in general, I have found osteopathy to be a way of staying in touch with the body and performance. I work with structural, cranial, visceral, fascial and emotional techniques, adapting each session to the needs of babies, children, pregnant women, adults, athletes and seniors.
I offer comprehensive, personalized treatment, in French, Spanish or English, to prevent imbalances, relieve tension and restore mobility, balance and well-being, both physically andemotionally. I collaborate with health professionals - doctors, orthodontists, chiropodists, psychologists, masseurs - for a complete follow-up. I also taught biomechanics, visceral osteopathy and applied physiognomy for 5 years, training future osteopaths.

Session sequence
Any questions?
How many sessions are required?
This depends on the reason for your consultation and your state of health. Some patients see relief from the very first session, while others require regular follow-up to achieve lasting balance.
Who is osteopathy for?
For babies, children, pregnant women, adults, athletes and seniors. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and age.
How does a consultation work?
Each session lasts around 45 minutes. After a discussion of your history and pain, a clinical examination helps identify the origin of the problem and adapt the treatment. The session ends with personalized advice and exercises to prolong the benefits and ensure a follow-up adapted to your daily life.
What should I wear to an osteopathy session?
Wear comfortable, soft clothing that allows you to move around easily. Avoid clothing that is too tight or bulky to facilitate examination and treatment.
Can we come in a hurry?
Yes, in certain cases of severe pain, I can offer a quick consultation. During the session, I'll carry out initial tests to rule out any major pathology or injury. If your situation requires urgent medical attention, you will be referred to your doctor or to an appropriate service.
What language can you use during the session?
You can speak in French, Spanish or English, depending on which one you feel most comfortable in.
